Export a Mailing List From All of My Previous Events

Search and export purchaser contact details across your whole account

The Purchaser History page lets you search and export ticket purchaser details across all of your events — not just one — making it useful for building a mailing list.

NOTE:: Sending unsolicited commercial electronic messages is prohibited under the Australian Spam Act 2003. Make sure you filter by the correct opt-in status before contacting anyone on your exported list.

How to export a mailing list

  1. Log in to your Sticky Tickets account and go to Organiser Settings > Purchaser History.

  2. Set your Start Date and End Date to define the range of purchases to include.
  3. Choose your Opt In For filter:
    • All Purchasers – everyone who purchased in the date range, regardless of consent to be contacted
    • Organiser Opt-In – only purchasers who agreed to be contacted by you, the event organiser
    • Third-Party Opt-In – only purchasers who agreed to be contacted by third-party sponsors of the event
  4. Optionally, narrow your search further using Purchaser Name, Email Address, or Order Id.
  5. Select Search to view matching results.

  6. Select Export to download your list.

Understanding your search results

Results show the order number, event name, event date, purchaser name, email, phone, company, purchase amount, and purchase date. Select an order number to open that order directly.

Most common scenario and questions

What's the difference between this and Download Attendee List on my Event Summary page?

  • Download Attendee List gives you the guest list for a single event. Purchaser History searches across your entire account, spanning multiple events at once.

Can I email everyone returned under "All Purchasers"?

  • Not necessarily. "All Purchasers" includes everyone who bought a ticket, regardless of whether they've agreed to be contacted. To stay compliant with the Spam Act, use the Organiser Opt-In filter for marketing purposes.

Can I sync this list to MailChimp automatically?
