How to Find a Sale or Order Across All Your Events

Search by name, email, or order ID to locate a specific purchase

Use Purchaser History to quickly locate a single order across any of your events — useful when a purchaser contacts you and you need to find their booking.


How to find a sale or order

  1. Log in to your Sticky Tickets account and go to Organiser Settings > Purchaser History.
  2. Search using any combination of:
    • Purchaser Name
    • Email Address
    • Order Id
    • Start Date / End Date
  3. Select Search.
  4. Your results will list the order number, event, event date, purchaser name, email, phone, company, purchase amount, and purchase date.
  5. Select the order number to open the full order page, where you can view the order details, resend the receipt, or resend the e-ticket.

Most common scenario and questions

What if I don't have the purchaser's email or order ID?

  • Search by Purchaser Name and a date range instead — narrow the date range if you get too many results.

Can I resend a receipt directly from the search results?

  • Not directly — select the order number first to open the order page, where the resend options are available.

I need to export a list of multiple purchasers, not just one order — how do I do that?
