How to Create and Manage Custom Questions for Your Event

Collect ticket purchaser details and event-specific information — such as dietary requirements or food preferences — at checkout.

Event Questions let you add custom questions to your event's checkout form. You can collect information from the whole order (purchaser questions) or from each individual ticket purchaser (ticket questions).

 IMPORTANT:

  • Purchaser questions are asked once per order.

  • Ticket questions are asked for each ticket purchased. To enable ticket questions, turn on Request individual ticket holder details — see below.

TIP: Create your ticket types before building your form — this lets you add questions to specific ticket types individually.

How to Access Event Questions

  1. Log in and open your event.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Event Questions. This is the same place if the event is already Live.

My Event - Edit Event - EVENT QUESTIONS TAB

The Event Questions page opens, showing the default Purchaser fields and the Ticket Questions section.
