How to View and Manage Ticket Sales and Attendee Details

Access ticket holder information, review individual transactions, and manage orders from your event dashboard.

Your event dashboard gives you real-time access to all ticket holder details and transaction records. You can view, sort, export, and manage orders directly from the My Events area.


View ticket holder details

The View Tickets section lists all tickets sold for your event, including contact details for each ticket holder.

  1. Go to My Events and open your event.
  2. Click View Tickets.

This displays a list of all tickets sold, including:

  • Ticket number
  • Ticket holder name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

To export this data to Excel or another program, click Export. Use this for name badges, seating allocations, mailing lists, or attendee databases.

View individual sales transactions

The Sales view shows a complete transaction history for your event.

  1. Go to My Events and open your event.
  2. Click the Sales link.

Each transaction shows:

  • Date of purchase
  • Order number
  • Ticket purchaser name
  • Number of tickets in the order
  • Sale amount
  • Booking fee
  • Net payment to organiser

Click the Date column header to sort transactions by purchase date.

Manage individual orders

Click on any order in the Sales list to open the Order Details page. From here you can:

  • Cancel tickets — cancel individual tickets or the full order and issue a refund
  • Resend the order — resend the confirmation email to the ticket purchaser
  • Transfer tickets — transfer tickets to a different event

Can I see the sales list in real time while the event is running? Yes — the Sales list updates automatically with every purchase. You can monitor sales at any time before, during, or after your event.

Can I export the full sales data including prices and fees? Yes — use the Export Sales, Address & Tickets report from the Reports page for a complete export including pricing, fees, and custom question responses. See: How to download your event's attendee and sales reports.

How do I resend a confirmation email to a ticket purchaser? Open the order from the Sales list and click the resend option on the Order Details page.
