Why my SMS/Email has not been sent?

 

There are a few reasons why your message was not sent to your guests:

  • The email address of the attendee is incorrect. click here to check or update it.
  • Your account doesn't have sufficient credit. click here to learn how to top up your account.
  • The mobile number of the attendee is incorrect. click here to check or update it.

Notes:

SMS messages will be sent from an alphanumeric mobile number "StickyTix". This is a no-reply service; purchasers can't reply to these messages. For responses, please use email notifications as they can be replied to.

SMS Statuses and Meanings:

  • Queued: The message is waiting in line for sending.
  • Failed: The message failed, likely due to an invalid mobile number.
  • Accepted: Our service provider has accepted the message for sending.
  • Sent: The message has been processed and sent to our service provider, who will then forward it to the recipient.
  • Delivered: Our network provider has successfully delivered the message to the recipient.
  • Funds Missing: The message hasn't been sent due to insufficient funds in your account. Please top up your account.

Email Statuses and Meanings:

  • Delivered: The message has been successfully sent to the recipient's email address.
  • Opened: The recipient has opened this email.
  • Bounced: This email bounced, likely due to an invalid email address.
  • Marked As Spam: The recipient marked the email as spam.
  • Funds Missing: The email hasn't been sent due to insufficient funds in your account. Please TOP UP  your account.
