I want to collect data from attendees

If you have specific information you'd like to collect from your event attendees, you can tailor the checkout process accordingly. While certain purchaser details are required by default, you have the flexibility to edit some and pose new questions, either per order or for each ticket purchased. Different questions can be added for various ticket types, and responses can be provided in free text format, dropdown menus, or checkboxes.

 

NOTE: During the ticket purchase process, attendees have the option to check a box if they wish to receive information from the organiser and another box for information from 3rd-party sponsors.

 

Access the data collected on the sales page by reviewing each sale or exporting a CSV file from the reporting page. Reports containing your custom form questions include Ticket List, Ticket Address List, and Export Sales, Address & Tickets.
