How can I email ticket purchasers / attendees?


At times, organisers may wish to communicate with purchasers or ticket holders before or after the event. Utilise the Notifications feature to achieve this, enabling you, as organisers, to send email notifications or SMS to your ticket holders. For additional details, refer to this link.

Note: This feature incurs a small charge, the amount of which depends on the chosen method.

Alternatively, you can extract the attendee list from the reporting page and manually input the email addresses into your email client, as illustrated below.
