When do I receive the revenue from my ticket sales?

All the revenue generated from your ticket sales is directly deposited into your nominated bank account at the conclusion of your event, with the deduction of booking fees.*

Recognising that sometimes funds are required prior to the event for supplier payments, you have the option to apply for the Payment Request Feature. This allows you to request a portion of your ticket sales in advance. Please be aware that there is an application fee of $49, including GST, per organiser. If your application is approved, this feature will apply to all your events.

It's important to note that as part of the application process, you will be asked to sign a personal guarantee and provide 100 points of identification.

*This follows industry standards, with only a few ticketing providers releasing sales before an event due to restrictions in place. This approach aims to safeguard ticket purchasers from buying tickets to an event that may not take place.
