How to receive ticket sales before your event

Request early access to ticket revenue before your event

Some organisers using Sticky Tickets may be eligible to access a portion of their ticket sales before their event takes place through the Payment Request Feature (PRF).

This feature allows approved organisers to receive up to 50% of ticket revenue in advance.


How the Payment Request Feature works

If approved, you can:

  • Access up to 50% of ticket sales before your event

  • Receive an early payout after approval

  • View a Payment Request tab in your Event Summary page

A $49 processing fee applies only if your application is approved. This can be paid by credit card or deducted from your ticket sales revenue.


Who can apply

Eligibility is assessed during the application process. You may be asked to provide supporting documentation to verify your identity and event details.

How to apply

To request early access to funds:

  1. Download and complete the application form

    1. Download a copy of the PRF application form here

    2. For companies, charities, and NFPs, you can use this PRF form here

  2. Provide the required documents

    You will need to submit:

    1. A copy of your driver’s licence (front and back)

    2. Two utility bills matching your address

    3. Signed acknowledgment of the PRF Terms & Conditions.

  3. Submit your application

    1. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our security team.


If your application is approved

  • You will be able to request a payment from your Event Summary page

  • A Payment Request tab will become available

  • Funds will be released based on approved limits

💡Important Information

  • Sticky Tickets may apply safeguards to protect ticket holders

  • In some cases, refunds may be issued from event funds if required

  • Event revenue may be withheld if obligations are not met

  • Future access to early payouts may be affected by compliance history
