Payment Request feature


Sticky Tickets understands that some event organisers may need access to ticket sales revenue before their event. To support this, we offer the Payment Request Feature (PRF), which allows approved organisers to receive an advance of up to 50% of ticket sales revenue before their event.

How It Works

  1. Receive up to 50% of ticket sales before your event.
  2. Submit the application form along with the required documentation (see details below).
  3. Pay a $49 processing fee (only billed if your application is approved).
  4. If approved, a "Payment Request" tab will appear on your Event Summary page.

    Application Process

    To apply for the PRF, please complete the PRF Application Form and return it with the following:

    • Scanned copy or photo of your driver’s license (front and back).
    • Scanned copy or photo of two utility bills that match the address on your driver’s license.
    • Signed acknowledgment on each page of the PRF Terms & Conditions, confirming that you have read and understood the agreement.

    Important Considerations

    • Chargebacks & Refunds: Sticky Tickets assumes financial responsibility for chargebacks and refunds if an organiser fails to fulfil their obligations.
    • Risk Management: If an event is cancelled, Sticky Tickets reserves the right to refund ticket holders using funds from the event’s sales revenue.
    • Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with refund obligations or event cancellations may result in withheld ticket revenue and restrictions on future payouts.
