What steps should I take once my event concludes?


Once your event has concluded successfully, it's important to log in to your user account and officially mark it as 'complete.' To do this, log in and navigate to the event. Click on the event, and it will open to the summary page. In the top right-hand corner, click on the 'complete' button.

Assuming your bank details have been verified, you can anticipate the deposit of all ticket revenue into your nominated account within 2-3 working days.
