This could involve phone or fax orders using a credit card, cash transactions, or payments made through cheque or direct deposit. You have the flexibility to manually input these transactions, ensuring your event records remain current, and your customers still receive an e-ticket and receipt via email. Additionally, the offline sales feature allows you to enter details for VIP, free, or discounted tickets.
It's worth noting that if you're not processing a credit card during offline sales, no booking fees will be applied.
