Request a refund for your Sticky Tickets order

Learn how to check refund eligibility, submit a request, and contact the organiser to explore other options if a refund isn’t available.

Quick answer

You can request a refund from the My Tickets page if the event organiser allows refunds.
If refunds aren’t available, you’ll need to contact the organiser directly.


Before you start, check if you're eligible

Each event has its own refund policy set by the organiser. You can find this on:

  • The event page, and/or

  • Your confirmation email.

👉 If your refunds are allowed, and you are still within the timeframe, follow the steps below.

👉 If not, go to Contact the organiser.


To Request a Refund

Step 1: Go to your tickets

  • Go to My Tickets on the Sticky Tickets website

  • Access your order by:

    • Logging into your account, or

    • Searching using your order number or card details

Step 2: Fill out the refund form

  • Once you've located your tickets, click the REFUND REQUEST through event organiser button.

  • Fill out the refund form

    • Refund reason – Select from the list

    • Tickets – Choose which tickets to refund

    • Message – Add any details for the organiser

  • Click Continue to review your request.

Step 3: Submit your request

  • Review the summary

  • Click Confirm to send your request to the organiser


What happens next

  • Your request is sent to the event organiser for review

  • The organiser will approve or decline your request

  • You’ll receive an email with the outcome

  • You can also check the status on the same page

Important Notes:

  • A 1.5% merchant and administration fee is non-refundable

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the organiser’s policy

  • Processing times may vary depending on the organiser

What if you can’t request a refund

If you don’t see a Refund Request option or the event has a no-refund policy:

  • Contact the event organiser

    • Go to the event page (You can search this in the Sticky Tickets Website)

    • Click Ask the Organiser to send them a message

  • You can also:

    • Check your e-ticket for organiser contact details
