If you need more information about an event booked through Sticky Tickets, the best way to get help is to contact the event organiser directly.

How to contact the organiser

Step 1: Go to the event page

  • Open the event page where you purchased your tickets

Step 2: Find the contact option

  • Scroll down to the event page and then click the Ask the Organiser button

Step 3: Send your message

  • Enter your name

  • Email address

  • Write your question or message

  • Click the Send Message button

What happens next

  • Your message is sent directly to the event organiser

  • The organiser will reply to you via email

  • Response times may vary depending on the organiser

Important Note

The event organiser manages all event details, including:

    • Schedules

    • Venue information

    • Special requests

The Sticky Tickets support team may not have access to event-specific details.
