Incorrect or Unusable Code:
- If the bank misses a number or letter, making the code incorrect or unusable, please contact us for support.

Contacting Support:
- When reaching out for support, mention that you have received a deposit into your account. This information will help in verifying your bank account details.
Not Received Deposit:

If you haven't received the deposit, try the following steps:
1. Log in to Sticky Tickets
2. Click on the Organiser Settings link on the left menu
3. Click on the Bank Details link
4. Check to ensure that the bank details entered are correct
If they are not correct then do the following:
1. Click on Change Bank Details
2. Change the bank details and click Save Changes.
