How to contact the event organiser for event information, special requests, or booking queries.
For questions about an event, including schedules, age limit, venue details, accessibility, meeting/zoom links or special requests - the best person to contact is the event organiser. They manage all event-specific details and can respond directly to your query.
NOTE: The Sticky Tickets support team doesn't have access to event-specific details such as schedules or venue arrangements. Contacting the organiser directly will get you a faster and more accurate answer.
How to contact the organiser
Option 1 — Ask the Organiser (contact form)

- Open the event page where you purchased your tickets.
- Scroll down the event page to find the organiser contact section.
- Click the Ask the Organiser button.
- Enter your name, email address, and your question or message.
- Click Send Message button.

Your message is sent directly to the organiser. They will reply to you by email.
Option 2 — Direct email (if shown on the event page)

Some organisers display their email address directly on the event page instead of a contact form. If you see a clickable email link rather than the Ask the Organiser button, use that to send your message.
Can't find the event page?
- Check your confirmation email or e-ticket — both contain a link to the event page.
- Search for the event by name at stickytickets.com.au using the search bar at the top of the page.
If the organiser doesn't respond
If you have sent a message and have not received a reply within 2–3 business days, contact our support team at stickytickets.com.au/contact-us. Include your order details and a brief description of your query. We'll do our best to assist or follow up with the organiser on your behalf.

Will I receive a copy of the message I sent to the organiser?

No — your message is sent directly to the organiser only. We recommend keeping a note of what you sent in case you need to follow up.
I sent a message but haven't heard back.

What should I do? If you haven't received a reply within 2–3 business days, contact our support team with your order details. We'll assist where possible or follow up with the organiser on your behalf.
How long should I wait for the organiser to reply?

Allow 2–3 business days for a response. Response times vary by organiser, but if you haven't heard back after this time — especially if your event is approaching — contact our support team.
Can I contact the organiser about a refund?

The organiser may have set up a direct email link instead of a contact form. Look for the organiser's email address on the event page. If neither the button nor an email link is visible, contact our support team and we'll help you reach the organiser.
