How do my attendees receive their tickets and receipts?


Sticky Tickets can take care of emailing e-tickets and tax receipts to your customers when they make online purchases. If you opt not to provide tickets or prefer an alternative delivery method, you can simply deactivate the email ticket option during your event setup.

 

Please be aware that as the organiser, you will receive email copies of all tickets sold and receipts.
