Automating the eTicket and Tax Receipt Delivery


Sticky Tickets provides the choice to automatically send out e-Tickets and tax receipts via email upon purchase – this is the default setting. If you prefer not to issue tickets for your event or wish to send them through alternative means, you have the option to deactivate the email ticket feature during the setup of each new event using a checkbox. To find these settings, you can watch our quick demo or follow the steps below:

 


Note: As the organiser, you will receive email copies of all receipts/tickets sold (see below).
