How do I update my account details?

Your account details are crucial for the success of your event(s) and should be kept up-to-date. There are different settings that you can change in either Organisational Settings or Personal Settings:


Personal Settings

1.   Log into Sticky Tickets.

2.   Click on Personal Settings + Personal Information located on the left navigation menu.

3.   Change your details and select Save Changes.

Organiser Settings

Note: Please select your account type - Individual, Business, Not for profit, or Registered Charity. If you are registered for GST, please select the appropriate Organisation Type and then tick the Registered for GST box. When a ticket purchaser buys tickets, along with their e-Ticket they will either receive a Receipt or Tax Invoice.

  • Tax Invoice - A tax invoice is only issued if your organiser settings are set as registered for GST (as an ABN is required to be displayed on a tax invoice) 
  • Receipt - A receipt is issued in all other instances except for the one above when an ABN has been provided.


NOTE: If you have selected registered for GST, you will need to add the GST component to your ticket price when creating your tickets for your event.

Update Bank Details

You can change or update your bank details, but you will need to go through the account verification process again. You may continue to sell tickets to your event while you are verifying your bank details.
