If you are a government agency using Sticky Tickets to manage your events, Sticky Tickets can retain ticket payments until you issue an invoice for the corresponding amount.
Kindly inform us before publishing your event so that we can adjust the settings in your account, specifically for your initial event. Subsequently, once your event concludes, please forward an invoice to accounts@stickytickets.com.au for the total amount owed.
Note: You are still required to enter and verify your bank details before an invoice can be paid.
