Is it possible to keep my event private and exclusively for invited guests?

You have the option to limit access so that only those you invite can view your event page. During the event setup, you'll encounter a checkbox in the 'Privacy' section, asking whether you want your event to be shown in public or private. Just add a checkmark on Private, and your event will be visible only to those who receive invitations.
