Why is Sticky Tickets on my credit card?


To streamline the process of selling tickets to their events, many of our customers use our event registration software and merchant account to sell tickets for their events. When you purchase tickets, your credit card statement will display "Sticky Tickets Pty Ltd" as the merchant, rather than the specific event name.

 

If you wish to identify the event for which the purchase was made, go to the My Tickets page and search by Credit Card. Then, enter the following information.


· First six and last three digits of your credit card number

· Date of transaction



 

If the event was not found, please send the following information using our contact us page  

 

· First six and last three digits of your credit card number

· Date of transaction

· Amount of transaction 

 

Once we receive this information we’ll contact you via email within 48 hours.
