When purchasing tickets on Sticky Tickets, the available payment methods may vary depending on the event organiser.

Online payments

You can pay securely online using:

American Express surcharge: Payments made with American Express include an additional 1.75% surcharge, payable by the ticket purchaser.

NOTE:  Your payment will appear on your bank statement as Sticky Tickets Australia Pty Ltd.

Other payment options (if offered by the organiser)

Some event organisers may offer alternative payment methods, such as phone payments, cash, cheque, or direct deposit. Availability depends on the organiser's event settings.

MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

Why does my bank statement show "Sticky Tickets Australia Pty Ltd"?

  • This is the trading name that appears on your statement for all Sticky Tickets purchases. If you see this charge and don't recognise it, check your email for a confirmation from Sticky Tickets.

Does Sticky Tickets accept PayPal or buy-now-pay-later services?

  • At this time, Sticky Tickets does not support PayPal or buy-now-pay-later services.

Can I pay with a debit card?

  • We mainly accept credit cards, but debit cards carrying the Visa or Mastercard logo are also accepted
