We are a government agency and require an invoice before ticket sales are transferred
Sticky Tickets can retain ticket payments until you issue an invoice for the corresponding amount.
Kindly inform us before publishing your event so that we can adjust the settings in your account, specifically for your initial event. Subsequently, once your event concludes, please forward an invoice to accounts@stickytickets.com.au for the total amount owed.
Note: You must still undergo the standard bank verification process before the invoice can be processed.
