User Access - Multiple Logins

User Access on our platform offers you the flexibility to grant specific individuals access to your account, allowing you to control the level of access they have. By assigning roles, you can customize their permissions, empowering them to perform various tasks.

These customizable roles ensure that you can tailor access levels to suit the specific needs of your team or collaborators. Whether it's organizing events, handling transactions, or managing account settings, User Access puts you in charge.

To grant user access, you can watch this video or follow the steps listed below:

Steps:

1.    Log in to your Sticky Tickets account

2.    Select Organiser Settings / User Access

3.   Select Invite Someone to Your Account

4.   Enter the email address of the user you would like to grant access to.

5.   Select the user's access level

    User Access Levels

  • Account Administrator (unrestricted) - This level provides the user with comprehensive access, allowing them to modify all features within your account. Additionally, they have the authority to adjust User Access permissions.
  • Manage All Events - This level empowers the user to modify all events in your account. Notably, if enabled, they can adjust the split payment configuration for ALL events. It's essential to note that this permission operates on an ALL EVENTS basis; individual event permissions are currently not available.

Event Sales - This permission allows the user to view all events, access sales information (both Summary and Sales List tabs), and process offline sales. The user interface for someone granted this permission will reflect the necessary features.

Check-in Attendees - This permission empowers the user to check in attendees for live events. The user interface for someone with this permission showcases the tools needed for efficient attendee check-in.

Create Event - This permission allows the user to create and manage new events. Important notes for the user granted this permission include the ability to see only the events they created, transfer funds into their account, modify split payment configurations for their created event, and use their business settings (Business Name, ACN, and GST settings) on receipts/tax invoices.

6.   Select Send Invitation, and an email invitation will be sent

7.   The invitation will remain outstanding until it is accepted by the user

  • Once a user has accepted the invitation it will be listed on the User Access page
  • You will then be able to edit each user by selecting the Edit  link
  • Note: To delete a user all user settings boxes must be unchecked
  • Below is the email that is sent to the user
  • They have the option to either Log in  (if they already have a Sticky Tickets account) or Register  (if they do not have a Sticky Tickets account)

  • Once logged in or registered, the grantee will be seamlessly directed to the event list of the grantor. Here's how the toggling between accounts works:

    1. Top of the Left Menu:

      • The grantee can easily switch between accounts by toggling from the top of the left menu.
    2. Account Name Display:

      • The current account being viewed will be prominently listed below the Sticky Tickets logo on the top left.
    3. Distinguishing Accounts:

      • A quick way to identify the viewed account:
        • If the page displays "My Events," these are the grantee's own events.
        • If the page displays "Event List," these are the events of the grantor.
  • Grantors will not have the option to toggle between accounts. They will have a comprehensive view, seeing all events created by any grantees on their event list page.
