Refunding/Cancelling tickets after the event


Refunding or cancelling tickets should be completed while the event is still in 'Live' status. If you've already marked your event as complete, and the ticket sales have been transferred to your nominated bank account, refunds will need to be issued outside of Sticky Tickets.
