Download, Print, Or Reprint Your E-Tickets And Receipt

Learn How To Access Your Tickets And Receipt At Any Time, Whether You Have A Sticky Tickets Account Or Purchased As A Guest

You can access your e-tickets and receipt at any time from the My Tickets page. Follow the path below that matches how you purchased your tickets.

I HAVE AN ACCOUNT I BOUGHT AS A GUEST
Log in and access all past and upcoming tickets from My Tickets. → See Path A below Look up your order using your order number, email, or credit card details. → See Path B below

Path A — I have a Sticky Tickets account

  1. Go to stickytickets.com.au and click My Tickets at the top of the page.

  2. Click Sign In and log in with your email address and password.

  3. Your tickets are listed under My Tickets. Find the event you need.

  4. Click on the order to open it. From here you can:

    • Download your e-ticket as a PDF

    • Download or your receipt (if paid event)

    • Add your tickets to Google or Apple Wallet

Path B — I purchased as a guest

  1. Go to stickytickets.com.au and click My Tickets at the top of the page.

  2. Look up your order using one of the following methods:

    1. Option 1 — Order number and email address

      • Enter the order number along with the email address used at checkout, then click the Search button.

      • If you did not save your order number before, contact us and provide your full name, the event name, and the email address used at checkout. This helps us locate your order.

    1. Option 2 — Credit card details

      • If you don't have your order number, you can look up your order using your credit card transaction. Enter the following information below then click the Search button.

        • First six digits

        • Last three digits

        • Transaction Date

Once your order is found, you can:

    • Download your e-ticket as a PDF and print

    • Download your receipt and print


MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

Order not found using order number and email?

  • Double-check the email address you entered at checkout — it must be an exact match. If you're unsure which email you used, try any alternative addresses. If the order still can't be found, contact our support team with your name and event details.

Credit card lookup not finding your order?

  • Ensure the card details entered match those used during purchase.

The ticket shows as found, but won't download or print?

  • Try a different browser or device. If the problem continues, contact our support team.

No e-ticket available for your event?

  • Not all events include e-tickets — this depends on the organiser's settings. If no e-ticket is available, your receipt will still be accessible. Contact the event organiser if you're unsure what to bring to the event.
