Customizing your event's URL on Sticky Tickets is a breeze. Follow these steps to give your event a unique web address:
NOTE: Your event must be marked as Live before accessing the Promote/Marketing page.
- Access your event by logging into Sticky Tickets.
- Select the Promote/Marketing tab from the left menu
- Select Customise
NOTE: Changing your URL won't affect the original https://stickytickets.com.au/youreventid link.
- In the text box, you'll find a suggested URL based on your event name. You can either select this suggestion or enter your preferred URL.
- Click on "Check Availability" to verify if your chosen URL is available, and the results will be listed.
- From the listed results, choose the URL you'd like to use. Keep in mind that you can only select one.
- Once you've chosen your new URL, it will be displayed. Click on the "Copy Event Link" button to easily paste it across all your marketing channels.
