I haven’t received my ticket revenue as a deposit in my bank account?


To facilitate the smooth transfer of funds from your ticket sales, it's crucial to complete our bank verification process beforehand.

If you're yet to receive your ticket sales revenue, take a moment to ensure the following:

  1. Verify that you've accurately entered your bank account details in our system.

  2. Confirm that you've received the 1 cent deposit from Sticky Tickets and entered the corresponding deposit reference number into your organiser admin area.



 

Check the status of the 1 cent deposit in your designated bank account by navigating to the Transactions tab.

 


 

Even if you haven't completed the bank verification process, you can continue selling tickets for your event. Rest assured, we collect the funds on your behalf until you're prepared to receive them.
