  • The email address is already linked to another account

You Already Have an Existing Account

If you previously registered an account using the same email address, you won’t be able to create another account with it. Each account must use a unique email address.

What to do:

Select the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the steps to reset your password and regain access to your account.

You Previously Purchased Tickets as a Guest

If you purchased tickets on our website without registering for an account, your email address may already be stored in our system as a guest account.

Because the email address is already associated with an existing profile, it cannot be used again to create a new account.
