How to Request a Refund through Secure My Refund

If you opted in for Secure My Refund at the time of purchase and need to apply for a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, here's a step-by-step guide:

1.   In the My Tickets tab (after logging in as a Member or searching for your tickets as a guest):

    • Take note of your ticket numbers.

    • Click on the "APPLY FOR REFUND (Through Secure My Refund)" button.

     2.   On the next page, fill out the details of your refund application:

    • Select the ticket/tickets for which you want to apply for a refund.

    • Choose the reason for your claim.

    • Enter the banking details where the refund can be sent once approved.

    • Add additional details about your circumstance.

    • Attach supporting documents (image, pdf, doc, etc.) to strengthen your application.

    • Click the "Continue" button.

 3.   Review the summary of your application on the next page. Once you're ready, click the "Submit" button.

4.   After submission, you'll see the status of your refund application.

    • Check this page from time to time to track changes and updates on your application.
