How to change the name on your ticket
Update the name and details on your ticket — if the organiser has enabled this feature
If the event organiser has enabled ticket editing, you can update ticket holder details — such as name and company — directly from the My Tickets page. If you don’t see an edit option, you’ll need to contact the event organiser
Steps in updating ticket names and details
Step 1 — Access your tickets
Go to the My Tickets page at stickytickets.com.au.
If you have a Sticky Tickets account:

Click Sign In and log in with your email and password.

Your tickets will appear in your My Tickets list.
If you purchased as a guest:

Select the guest lookup option.

Search using one of the following:

Order number and email address — enter the order number from your confirmation email and the email address used at checkout, then click Search.

Credit card details — enter the first six digits of your card number, the last three digits, and the transaction date as shown on your bank statement, then click Search

Step 2 — Find and edit your ticket

Locate the order in your ticket list and select the ticket you need to update.

Click the Edit link next to the ticket.

Update the details — for example, name or company.

Click Continue to save your changes.

Step 3 — Download your updated ticket
After saving, re-download your e-ticket to ensure the updated details are reflected. The updated ticket will be available from the same My Tickets page.
Can't see the Edit option?

If there is no Edit link next to your ticket, the organiser has not enabled ticket holder editing for this event.

To request a change, contact the organiser directly using the contact details on the event page. You can find a link to the event page in your confirmation email.

If you are unable to reach the organiser, contact our support team, and we'll assist where possible.
MOST COMMON QUESTIONS:
Will I receive a new confirmation email after updating my ticket details?
- There is no automatic resend of the confirmation email after updating your tickets. You can manually resend it by clicking the "resend" link from the My Tickets tab or request the organiser or customer support to resend it to you.
Is there a deadline for changing ticket holder details?
- This will be based on the event organiser's discretion. Ideally, changes in the ticket holder's details should be made before the event date.
Can I change the email address on my ticket?
- Yes, you can change the email address used in your order. You can do this from the My Tickets tab and click the "change" link under your email address.
I updated my ticket details, but the e-ticket still shows the old name.

Make sure to re-download your e-ticket from the My Tickets page after saving your changes. The previously downloaded version will not update automatically.
