How to buy tickets using Gift Vouchers?

Remember:

Specific Events: Vouchers can only be used for events organised by the organiser or venue listed on the gift voucher.
One Voucher Per Transaction: Ticket buyers can only use one voucher per transaction.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Visit the Event Page: Go to the event page of the organiser from whom you purchased the gift voucher.
Select Your Tickets: Choose the tickets you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout.
Enter Voucher Code: On the payment page, enter your gift voucher code in the designated area, which is located in the upper right corner above the credit card payment section.
Click "Add Voucher": Click the "Add Voucher" button to apply the voucher to your purchase

Review Payment Summary: The amount of the gift voucher will be deducted from the total amount you need to pay. This will be shown in the Total Amount summary before you confirm your payment.

Equal Amount: If the total amount is equal to the voucher value, the credit card section will disappear, and you can complete your purchase.
Exceeding Amount: If the total amount exceeds the voucher value, enter your credit card information to cover the remaining amount.
Less Amount: If the total amount is less than the voucher value, the excess amount will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed later.

Confirm Payment: Once you confirm your payment, you will be redirected to the confirmation page. An email confirmation will also be sent to your nominated email address along with your receipt and Gift Voucher PDF.
