How do I transfer an organiser account?

If you need to transfer an organiser account to another person, please follow these steps:

  1. Prepare an email from either the original owner of the account or a company representative if the account is under a company email address.

  2. In the email, clearly state the request to transfer the organiser account to the new person.

  3. If the email is from a company representative, ensure that it authorises Sticky Tickets to make the change.

  4. Send the email to support@stickytickets.com.au.

Once we receive the email, our team will process the request as quickly as possible.
