How do I print my e-ticket and receipt if I’ve lost the original email?


After successfully purchasing a ticket for an event, you should receive an email confirmation with attached e-tickets and a receipt. If you haven't received the confirmation email, follow these steps:


For Guests (No Sticky Tickets Account):

  1. Go to our website and click on the "My Tickets" tab.
  2. Locate your tickets by searching for the order number or entering the credit card details used for the purchase (all fields are required).
  3. Once found, you can view and download a copy of your receipt and e-tickets.


   

    

For Members (With Sticky Tickets Account)

Note: make sure that you are logged in to your account or use the same email when you booked your tickets)


 1. Click on the 'My Tickets' tab and sign in (if not already logged in).



   

2. Once logged in, access the My Tickets page to view current and past tickets. Download options for tickets and receipts, as well as the ability to edit individual ticket details, will be available.


Important Notes:

  • Ticket purchasers can edit names and other details if the event organiser allows it. If enabled, you'll see the option to edit each ticket; otherwise, contact the event organiser for updates.
  • For receipts older than 12 months, use our Contact Us form. We'll gladly resend your tickets if needed.
