How Do I Reset My Sticky Tickets Password?
Follow these steps to reset your password and regain access to your account. All you need is access to the email address you registered with — if you've lost access to that email, there's a section for that too.
Purchased tickets without creating an account? Guest purchases don't require a password — you won't have a Sticky Tickets login. Access your tickets via your confirmation email or use the My Tickets page with your order number and email address. No password needed.
How to reset your password — step by step
- Go to the Sticky Tickets login page and click Log In.
- Click Forgot Password below the sign-in form.
- Enter the email address registered to your account and click Reset My Password.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from Sticky Tickets. Open it and click the reset link.
- Enter your new password and click Change Password.

Didn't receive the reset email?
- Check your spam, junk, Promotions, and Updates folders for an email from Sticky Tickets.
- Make sure you're entering the exact email address you registered with.
- Reset emails typically arrive within 5 minutes — if it's been longer, request a new one.

Reset link not working?
- Reset links expire after a short time — if yours has expired, return to the Forgot Password page and request a new one.
- Open the link in the same browser you requested it from.
