Reset your password — step by step

Go to the Sticky Tickets login page and click Log In.

Click the Forgot Password link below the sign-in form.

Enter the email address registered to your account and click Reset My Password.

Check your inbox for a password reset email. Open the email and click the reset link.

Enter your new password and click Change Password.
Didn't receive your reset password notification email?
- Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Sticky Tickets.
- Make sure you're entering the exact email address when you registered.
- Password reset emails typically arrive within 5 minutes. If it's been longer, request a new one.

Password reset links expire after a short time. If yours has expired, return to the Forgot Password page and request a new one.
