How can I pause my ticket sales?

To temporarily pause ticket sales for an active event, please follow these straightforward steps:

1.   Log in to your event dashboard.

2.   Navigate to the event you wish to pause ticket sales for.

3.   Click on the "Stop Ticket Sales" button from the action menu.

4.   Confirm by selecting "Yes, pause ticket sales."

Your event will remain searchable, but ticket sales will be temporarily paused.

To resume ticket sales when you're ready:

1. Log in to your event dashboard.
2. Find the event for which you want to resume ticket sales.
3. Click on the "Resume Ticket Sales" button from the action menu.

Your event tickets will once again be available for purchase.
