Connect your event to Facebook Events
Automatically create and publish a Facebook post for your event
You can promote your event on Sticky Tickets by creating a Facebook post directly from your event page. This helps you quickly share your event with your audience on Facebook.
Before you start, make sure:
- Your event is Live in Sticky Tickets
- You are logged into your Facebook account in the same browser
- You have admin or editor access to the Facebook Page
- Your Facebook Page is set to Public
Create a Facebook post for your event
Step 1: Open your event

Log in to your Sticky Tickets account

Select the event you want to promote
Step 2: Go to Promote/Marketing

Navigate to the Promote/Marketing tab

Click Create Facebook Page Post button

Step 3: Connect your Facebook account (first-time setup)

Click Continue with Facebook

Log in and grant permissions to access your Facebook Page

Step 4: Select your Facebook Page

Choose the Page where you want the post to appear

If you manage multiple pages, you can select one or more
Step 5: Review and customise your post

Check the event details being shared

Edit the message or add your own text if needed

Step 6: Publish your post

Click Publish Post to Facebook Page

Your post will be published on your selected Page

What happens next

Your event will appear as a post on your Facebook Page

You can further engage your audience by sharing or boosting the post within Facebook
Important Notes
You must have the correct permissions to post on the selected Facebook Page
If you’re connecting for the first time, you’ll need to approve access
Only Public Facebook Pages are supported
