Creating Group Discounted Tickets - Group Ticket Type
Create bundled ticket offers such as Buy One Get One Free, Group of 10, or Family Passes and automatically reduce booking fees for your buyers.
Group Tickets let you bundle multiple tickets into a single purchase at one set price. Use them to create offers like Buy One Get One Free, family packages, or group discounts — and automatically reduce the booking fee for your buyers.
💡HELPFUL TIP: All Group Ticket and Group Reserved Seat purchases automatically receive a 10% discount on the booking fee. This is applied at checkout with no setup required. See: Special rates and discounts for group ticket purchases.
COMMON USE CASES
| OFFER TYPE | GROUP SIZE | HOW TO PRICE IT | EXAMPLE |
|---|---|---|---|
| Buy One Get One Free | 2 | Set the price equal to one single ticket | Single ticket = $50 → Bundle price = $50 for 2 tickets |
| Buy One Get One 50% Off | 2 | Set the price to 1.5× the single ticket price | Single ticket = $50 → Bundle price = $75 for 2 tickets |
| Group of 10 | 10 | Multiply the per-ticket price by 10 (or apply a group discount) | $30 per ticket → Bundle price = $300 (or $270 for a 10% discount) |
| Family Pass | 4 (or your defined family size) | Set a flat family rate | Bundle price = $120 for 4 tickets |
| Corporate / Team Package | Your chosen group size | Flat rate per group | $500 for a table of 10 |
💡HELPFUL TIP: The price displayed on your event page is always the total bundle price — not the per-ticket price. Make the bundle contents clear in the ticket name and description so buyers understand what they're purchasing.

| Include Booking Fee | Tick to show buyers one all-inclusive price. Leave unticked to add the fee at checkout. | Tick to simplify the buyer experience. |

| Max Per Order | The maximum group bundles a buyer can purchase in one transaction. | Use to prevent a single buyer from purchasing all available bundles. |
