Update your personal details, organiser information, GST settings, and bank details
Keeping your account details up to date in Sticky Tickets ensures your events run smoothly and your payments are processed correctly.
Update your personal details
Use this section to update your name, contact details, or login information. You can follow the steps below if you need to update this information.

Log in to your account

Go to Personal Settings → Personal Information tab

Update your details

Click the Save Changes button

Update organiser (billing) settings
Use organiser settings to manage your business or billing information. You can follow the steps below if you need to update these details.

Go to Organiser Settings→ Organiser Settings

Choose your account type:
-
Individual
-
Business
-
Not-for-profit
-
Registered charity
-
- Update your details and click the Save Changes button

GST and Invoicing
Your organiser settings determine what documents your ticket buyers receive:

Tax Invoice → Issued if you are registered for GST (ABN required)

Receipt → Issued if you are not registered for GST
💡 Remember
If you are registered for GST, make sure GST is included in your ticket pricing when creating tickets.
Update your bank details

You can update your bank account at any time.

Updating your banking details will require you to complete the bank verification process again

You can still sell tickets while verification is in progress
