Ticket Widget

Our Sticky Tickets widget enables visitors to easily select and reserve tickets directly on your site.

 

Note: For a seamless experience, we recommend matching the look of your Sticky Tickets event page with the page where you're inserting the widget. Utilise the Custom Page Design feature for this purpose.

 

Using the Ticket Widget - Customer Steps:

  •  Visitors select and reserve tickets directly on your site.

  • They complete the order form (personal details, ticket holders, payment if applicable) on our secure site.

  • Automatically returned to your site, they view the order confirmation displayed in an overlay on your page.

  • After clicking "Close Order Details," the overlay is removed, and they can see your page. Our widget, highlighted by a red box, displays a small confirmation message and a button to reopen the details overlay if needed.

Widget Setup

To set up the widget, add an HTML script tag to your webpage. If you need assistance, contact the person who created your website.

Notes:

  • Some services that allow you to create a website do not allow scripts to be used, for example, wordpress.com does not allow any scripts (or iframes) to be added to a page. For WordPress sites, you can insert a direct link or our Buy Tickets button. Find your event URL link and Buy Tickets HTML code on the Promote/Marketing (click herepage for your event. 
  • Exception: If you host your own WordPress site, our widget can be used.
