When you sell tickets through Sticky Tickets, your revenue is transferred to your nominated bank account after your event is completed.

Why are payments made after the event?
This is standard practice across most ticketing platforms and helps:

Protect ticket purchasers

Ensure events are successfully delivered

Reduce the risk of refunds or chargebacks
Need funds before your event?
If you need access to funds earlier (e.g. for supplier payments), you can apply for the Payment Request Feature (PRF).
If approved:

You may access a portion of your ticket sales before your event

A $49 processing fee applies only if your application is approved

You will need to complete an application and provide identification

Approved organisers may have access to PRF across multiple events
