What to do if your ticket revenue hasn’t arrived
Common reasons your payout is delayed and how to fix it.
If you haven’t received your ticket revenue from Sticky Tickets, it’s usually due to timing, bank verification, or missing details.
Use the guide below to quickly identify the reason and what you need to do next.
💡Important Note
Ticket revenue is typically transferred after your event has been completed.
👉 If your event hasn’t finished yet, your payment will not be released.
Common reasons for delayed payments
1. Your bank account is not verified.
To receive funds, your bank details must be verified. Check that you have:
-
Entered your bank account details correctly
-
Banking details have been verified
2. You haven’t completed the verification process.
If you received the deposit but didn’t enter the code:
-
Go to the Organiser Settings > Banking Details tab in the left panel
-
Look for “Bank verification is pending”
-
Enter the reference number to complete verification

3. You haven’t received the 1-cent deposit yet
-
The deposit usually takes 2–4 business days.
-
Check your bank transactions for the reference code

4. Your bank details may be incorrect
-
Review your Banking Details in your organiser settings
-
Update and re-submit if needed
💡Keep in Mind
-
You can continue selling tickets even if your bank account isn’t verified
-
Funds are securely held until verification is complete
-
Payments are only released once all requirements are met
