What to do if your ticket revenue hasn’t arrived
Common reasons your payout is delayed and how to fix it.
If your ticket revenue hasn't arrived, the cause is usually one of three things: your event isn't marked as completed, your bank account isn't verified, or your bank details need updating. Work through the steps below to identify and fix the issue.
💡 IMPORTANT! Your event must be marked as completed before funds are released. If your event hasn't finished yet, or you haven't marked it as completed, your payment will not be initiated. Log in to your account, go to your event, and mark it as completed to trigger the transfer.
Reason 1 — Your bank account isn't verified
Sticky Tickets uses a bank verification process before releasing funds. To verify your bank account, a 1-cent deposit is sent to your nominated bank account. This deposit contains a reference code in the transaction description. You must enter this code in your organiser settings to complete verification.
Follow these steps:
- Check your bank transactions for a 1-cent deposit from Sticky Tickets. This usually arrives within 2–4 business days of adding your bank details.
- Note the reference code shown in the transaction description.
- Log in to your Sticky Tickets account and go to Organiser Settings → Banking Details.
- Look for the "Bank verification is pending" message and enter the reference code to complete verification.


Deposit not arrived after 4 business days? Contact our support team. We can check whether the deposit was sent successfully and resend if needed.
Reason 2 — Your bank details are missing or incorrect
If you haven't added your bank details, or the details you entered contain an error, funds cannot be transferred.
- Go to Organiser Settings → Banking Details.
- Review your BSB and account number carefully.
- Update and resubmit if any details are incorrect.
Note: Updating your bank details will restart the 1-cent verification process.
