How to Access Another Organiser's Account Using Shared Permissions
Log in and switch between your own account and an account you've been granted access to.
If another Sticky Tickets organiser has granted you access to their account, you will receive an email notification. Once you accept, you can log in and manage their events alongside your own — switching between accounts from the left menu.

Most common scenarios and questions
I received the access email but can't find the shared account after logging in.
-
Make sure you logged in using the same email address the invitation was sent to. If you have multiple Sticky Tickets accounts, check that you're signed in to the correct one. If the account still isn't visible, contact the organiser who sent the invitation to confirm it was sent to the right email address.
I can't see the account toggle in the left menu.
-
The toggle only appears if you have been granted access to at least one other account. If it's not visible, the access invitation may not have been fully processed. Contact the organiser to resend the invitation, or contact our support team.
I can see the Event List but I can't make changes.
-
Your level of access depends on what the account owner granted you. Some users are given view-only access; others can edit events. Contact the account owner to confirm your permission level.
Do I need a separate Sticky Tickets account to access another organiser's account?
-
No — if you already have a Sticky Tickets organiser account, you can use it to access the shared account. You don't need to create a second account. If you don't have one yet, you'll need to register first.
Can I manage my own events and the shared account at the same time?
-
Yes — use the account toggle at the top of the left menu to switch between your own account ("My Events") and the shared account ("Event List") as needed.
How do I get access to another organiser's account?
-
Access is granted by the account owner — they send you an invitation email through their Sticky Tickets organiser settings. You cannot request access yourself through the platform.
Can I grant someone else access to my account?
-
Yes — go to Organiser Settings → User Access to manage who has access to your account and what permissions they have.
