Unable to Create an Account

Learn why your email address may already exist in our system and what steps you can take to access or create your account.

If you're seeing an error when trying to register, your email address is most likely already in our system. This can happen if you previously created an account or purchased tickets as a guest using the same email.

Find your situation below to get back on track quickly.

Scenario 1 — I've registered before but forgotten my password

What to do: Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to set a new password and regain access.

  1. Go to the Sticky Tickets login page.

  2. Click Forgot Password beneath the sign-in form.

  3. Enter the email address you registered with.

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link to set a new password.

Reset email didn't arrive?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Make sure you're entering the same email address used when you registered.

  • Password reset links expire after a short time — if yours has expired, request a new one.

  • Still nothing? Contact our support team.

Scenario 2 — I bought tickets as a guest and now can't register with that email

When you purchase tickets without creating an account, your email address is saved in our system as a guest profile. This means it can't be used again for a fresh registration, but you can still activate it as a full account.

What to do: Contact Sticky Tickets Support and provide your name and email address. Let them know you want to use this email address as your member account.

Scenario 3 — I'm not sure if I already have an account

Try the Forgot Password flow with the email address you think you may have used. If an account exists under that email, you'll receive a reset link. If not, you'll see a message indicating no account was found and you can register freely with that address.

Scenario 4 — I think someone else may have registered with my email

If you haven't registered and haven't purchased tickets with this email, but are still seeing an error, contact our support team immediately. Include your full name and the email address in question, and we'll investigate and secure the account.

Most Common Questions:

I entered a different email by mistake when buying tickets. Can I change it?

  • Contact our support team with your name, the event name, and both email addresses. We can locate your order, and update the email address on file and resend the confirmation email.

Will my past ticket purchases as a guest, appear in my account after I sign up as a member?

  • No. Setting up a new account will not link the tickets you booked/purchased prior to signing up.
