You can delete an event in your Sticky Tickets account only under specific conditions. This helps ensure accurate reporting for events that have already sold tickets.
When you can delete an event
You can delete an event only if:

The event is still in Pending status, or
-
The event is marked as Cancelled and has no ticket sales
Steps on how to delete an event
Step 1: Go to your events

Log in to your Sticky Tickets account

Navigate to My Events
Step 2: Find the event

Locate the event you want to delete
Step 3: Delete the event

Go to the Actions tab

Click Delete
Important Notes:
- You cannot delete an event if it has ticket sales

Cancelled events with ticket sales are kept for reporting purposes

This ensures accurate financial and attendance records
