How to apply for a refund through Secure My Refund
Steps to submit and manage your Secure My Refund request
If you selected Secure My Refund when purchasing your tickets on Sticky Tickets, you can apply for a refund if you’re unable to attend due to eligible unforeseen circumstances.
Important Note
Before you start, make sure you:
- Purchased Secure My Refund with your ticket
- Have any supporting documents ready (if required)
To apply for a refund through Secure My Refund:
Step 1: Go to your tickets

Go to Sticky Tickets website and click My Tickets

Access your order by:

Logging into your account, or

Searching using your order number or card details

Once you found your order, click Apply for Refund (through Secure My Refund)

Step 2: Complete the application form

Select the ticket(s) you want refunded

Choose your reason for the refund

Enter your banking details
-
Add any additional information
-
Upload supporting documents (e.g. image, PDF, DOC)

Click Continue once complete.

Step 4: Submit your refund request

Review your application details

Click Submit to send your request
What happens next

Your application will be marked as Pending
-
It will be reviewed based on the Secure My Refund terms

You can return to the same page to check your application status
