How To Access Your Tickets After A Guest Checkout

Find, view, and download tickets purchased without a Sticky Tickets account — and what to do if your confirmation email is missing.

After completing your purchase as a guest, you can access your tickets in two ways: from the Order Successful page immediately after purchase, or at any time from the My Tickets page.

Immediately after purchase — Order Successful page

After completing your purchase, you are taken to the Order Successful page. This page shows a summary of your order and lets you:

  • Print your e-ticket
  • Add your tickets to Google or Apple Wallet
  • Download a PDF copy of your receipt and e-tickets

At the same time, a confirmation email is sent to the address you entered at checkout. This email contains your order number, a link to your e-ticket (if enabled by the organiser), and your receipt.

This page is only available once. Once you navigate away, the Order Successful page cannot be accessed again and the link expires. Before leaving, note your order number or take a screenshot — you will need it to look up your order later.

Your order number is useful if you later need to: contact support about a missing confirmation email, query a payment, or request a refund.

No e-ticket attachment in your confirmation email? Not all events include an e-ticket — this depends on whether the organiser enabled them. Your receipt will still be attached for paid events. If you are unsure what to bring to the event, contact the organiser directly.


Access your tickets at any time — My Tickets page

You can look up your order at any time from the My Tickets page, even without an account.

Option 1 — Order number and email address Enter the order number from your confirmation email and the email address used at checkout, then click Search.

Option 2 — Credit card details If you don't have your order number, enter the following details from the card used at checkout:

  • First 6 digits of the card number
  • Last 3 digits of the card number
  • Transaction date

Then click Search. Once your order is found, you can download your e-ticket and receipt.

Confirmation email not in your inbox?

Work through these steps before contacting support:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder. Search for "Sticky Tickets" or the event name.
  2. Check the right inbox. Make sure you're looking in the account that matches the email address you entered at checkout. If you have multiple addresses, check each one.
  3. Wait a few minutes and check again. Confirmation emails typically arrive within a few minutes of purchase.
  4. Try the My Tickets guest lookup. Even without your confirmation email, you can find your order using your credit card details — see the My Tickets section above.
  5. Contact our support team. If you've tried all the above and still can't access your order, contact us with your full name, event name, and order number (or the email address you used at checkout). We can locate your booking and resend your confirmation.

Accidentally deleted your confirmation email?

Check your deleted or trash folder first — most email providers keep deleted items for at least 30 days. Search for "Sticky Tickets" or the event name.

If the email has been permanently deleted, use the My Tickets guest lookup above to access your tickets, or contact our support team with your order number (or your name and event details) and we can resend it.


Used the wrong email address at checkout?

If you entered a typo or the wrong email address, your confirmation was sent to that address. Contact our support team with:

  • Your full name
  • The event name and date
  • Your order number (if you saved it from the Order Successful page)
  • The email address you believe you used at checkout
  • The correct email address you would like the confirmation resent to

Most common questions

How do I access my tickets if I have no confirmation email and no order number?

  • Use the credit card lookup on the My Tickets page. Enter the first 6 digits, last 3 digits, and transaction date of the card used at checkout. If that doesn't work, contact our support team with your full name and the event name and date — we can locate your order.

Can I create an account after purchasing as a guest?

The Order Successful page has expired. Can I get back to it?

  • No — the Order Successful page is only available immediately after purchase and cannot be accessed again. Use the My Tickets guest lookup or your confirmation email to access your tickets.

My confirmation email arrived but there's no e-ticket attached.

  • Not all events include e-tickets. This depends on the organiser's settings. Your receipt will still be attached for paid events. Contact the organiser directly if you are unsure what to bring on the day.
