- Set Up Your Operators
If you have staff or volunteers helping you:

- Log in to your organiser dashboard.

- Go to Operators and add your team members.

- Each operator will receive a unique QR code to access the event in the app.

Even with the app, it’s smart to have a backup ready — sometimes venues have limited Wi-Fi, patchy mobile reception, or too many people connecting at once:

- Printed list (alphabetical order) for manual check-ins.
