Event date and time labels

Customise how your event date and time appear on your event page

You can control how the event date and time information is displayed on your event page in Sticky Tickets. This allows you to adjust wording so it better matches your event style or messaging.

Before you start

Please remember that each label has a maximum limit of 20 characters.

How to update event date and time labels

Step 1: Go to your event

  • Log in to your Sticky Tickets account

  • Search for the event, and click the name to edit

Step 2: Open event date settings

  • Navigate to the event date section and click the edit button

  • Scroll down, and to the Display Settings section to see the Preview field

  • Click the "Customise Display" link, then enter your preferred text (up to 20 characters each)

    • Example: “Doors Open”, “Start Time”, “Showtime”

Step 3: Save changes

  • Click Save

  • Your updated labels will now appear on your event page

Important Notes

  • Each label is limited to 20 characters

  • Changes are reflected immediately on your event page

  • These labels only affect how information is displayed—not ticket timing
