If you need access to ticket sales revenue before your event concludes, Sticky Tickets offers the Payment Request Feature (PRF). Approved organisers may request access to up to 50% of ticket sales revenue prior to their event date. This feature is designed to help organisers manage upfront event expenses such as venue hire, suppliers, production costs, and marketing. --- #### **HOW THE PAYMENT REQUEST FEATURE WORKS** Once approved: - You may request up to 50% of the available ticket sales revenue - A Payment Request tab will appear on your Event Summary page - Payouts can be requested directly through your organiser account Please note that all standard ticket sales revenue is normally paid after your event concludes. --- #### **HOW TO APPLY** To apply for the Payment Request Feature: 1\. Download and complete the [Payment Request Feature application form](https://help.stickytickets.com.au/hubfs/PRF%20Application%202026.pdf?hsLang=en). 2\. Provide Identification Documents. You will need to submit: - A copy of your driver’s licence (front and back) - Two utility bills showing the same address as your licence 3. Send the completed application form and supporting documents to our support team (support@stickytickets.com.au) Note: If applying for an organisation, use this form instead: [PRF for a Company / NFP or Charity Organisations](https://help.stickytickets.com.au/hubfs/PRF%20Application%202025-1.pdf?hsLang=en). --- #### **PROCESSING FEE** A processing fee of $49 applies only if your application is approved. This fee can be: - paid by credit card, or - deducted from your ticket sales revenue --- #### **AFTER APPROVAL** If your application is approved: - A **Payment Request** tab will appear on your Event Summary page - Approved access applies to your organiser account and future eligible events --- #### **IMPORTANT INFORMATION** Standard Payout Process By default, ticket sales revenue is transferred to your nominated bank account after your event has concluded. Why Verification Is Required As Sticky Tickets assumes financial responsibility for refunds and chargebacks, additional verification and approval are required before releasing funds early.
